World War II
Ok, Back to the blog and sorry about the absence! We finished writing our practice DBQ and we're moving on to the Second World War. On Monday we began by dissecting the different dictatorships that arose in Europe in the 1920's and 1930. We also look at the aggression that the Empire of Japan displayed in China and southeast Asia.
Today we are looking at one of the worst attacks in American History. The surprise attach on Pearl Harbor in the Hawaiian Islands on December 7th 1941. after reviewing the events and problems the U.S. had with Japan we starting watching the film Pearl Harbor from the start of the attack. We will continue this tomorrow.
